Endometriosis is a chronic, incurable, condition where tissue similar (but not the same as) the lining of the uterus, grows outside of the uterus where it shouldn’t be. It can cause pain, scarring, infertility/fertility difficulty, dysmenorrhoea, IBS, bladder pain (IC), painful sex, pelvic muscle pain, migraines and headaches, muscle and joint pain, ovulation pain, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, and a range of other conditions.
